What moves your fuel bill
Three numbers decide it. Here is what each one does.
Distance divided by km per liter gives the liters. Liters times the pump price gives the cost. Nothing more elaborate than that.
km ÷ km/L × ₱/LThe input that changes your bill the most. Traffic, aircon, load, and tire pressure all affect it, so measure your own instead of trusting the brochure.
km per literAdjusted weekly, usually effective Tuesday. Diesel is priced lower than gasoline per liter.
